Frequently Asked Questions

When can I begin driving lessons?

You can start driving lessons at aged 17. You will need a provisional licence which you can apply for through the Government website Apply for your first provisional driving licence - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

Once you have a provisional licence, contact us and we can book you in for your first lesson!

What happens Next?

The team at FastFwd Driving School will discuss any prior experience you may have and take your contact details including email and pick up address.

Once a date and time has been agreed, a calendar invitation is then emailed to you. Once you have accepted the invitation, the booking is confirmed.

On the Day of your First Lesson...

Your friendly instructor will collect you and run a licence check in the car. For this, you will need your provisional licence plus a note of your National Insurance number.

We do this check to ensure that we are not teaching disqualified drivers or those with penalty points on their licence!!

We run the checks for every student.
